Kevin John offers the best tungsten ring warranty available! Our tungsten warranty includes lifetime ring size exchange plus we warrantee the polish and texture of our tungsten carbide rings for life. If a Kevin John tungsten carbide ring ever needs to be re-polished, exchanged for sizing, or replaced due to fracture or breakage, all that is required is to return the ring, plus $35 for shipping and handling.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPAINED BY THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.

Your invoice is your proof of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser.

Please Note: Tungsten carbide rings are not indestructible. Therefore, Kevin John will void the warranty if a ring is altered in any way, including engraving, sizing, drilling, stone setting, polishing, boiling, cleaning with harsh chemicals, soldering, burning or showing evidence of obvious repeated physical abuse, such as striking with a hammer.
